After a decade’s worth of practice and teaching, I finally sat down to type out my Dharma Talks—you know, when the yoga teacher talks for 3-5 minutes before class. I kept most of these in a spreadsheet, and it was finally time to bring them here into the light. Most of these will make you laugh, and a few might make you cry.
