• You need time for yourself

• You are ready to plant seeds for a new beginning

• You want to be in sisterhood—you just might meet your new bestie!

• You want to feel refreshed and revitalized

• You are ready to refill your cup with so much goodness!

The perfect start to Spring!

If you're ready to shake off the winter chill, embrace the spirit of spring, and embark on a journey of self-renewal, this retreat is calling your name. Join us as we create a space where you can unwind, recharge, and welcome the warmth of a new season.

Sit in Sacred Circle

Join your satsangsat, from “truth,” and sang from sangha “spiritual collective.” If you’ve been seeking sisterhood, you’ll find it here.

Find your (vinyasa) flow

Kick off the spring season by igniting your agni—your inner fire through the refreshing all-levels asana practice. We will have props available and modifications will be offered every step of the way. Engaging for beginners and seasoned practitioners, too!

Nourishment by Nimisha

Nimisha will share guidelines for optimal Ayurvedic eating approaches to welcome the spring season. Enjoy an Ayurvedically-inspired vegetarian and gluten-free lunch.

Drop into Yoga Nidra Meditation

First-timers are welcome! Drop into the energy of the afternoon with your mat and blanket as Nimisha guides you through Yoga Nidra—known as yogic sleep.

Our Students and Clients Say—

Abby Kojola

“When Marisa guides my yoga practice I feel grounded and enjoy spaciousness in my movements. The structure she offers feels supportive, her cues help me stay focused on my breath and her pace allows me to flow steadily and feel strong. Marisa’s energy is warm, consistent, and encouraging. She connects with each student and co-creates community within each class. I always enjoy my time in her classes and am able to access the peace and relaxation I seek from my yoga practice.”

Mandy Hamilton

“Nimisha is a truly brilliant nutritionist and warm, approachable speaker. My favorite thing about her nutrition expertise is she distills her abundance of knowledge into actionable information you understand. I have had the pleasure of attending several of her workshops and seen her speak at two conferences. Her smart yet warm approach connects with everyone in the room. She rocks her content and makes you hungry for more. I cannot recommend her more.”

Julie Weinstein

“One positive thing that came from the Covid quarantine was meeting Marisa during a public online yoga class. Fast forward 3 years, and I am still practicing with Marisa with weekly private sessions online—the best part of my week! Marisa has helped me strengthen my practice and my confidence in a way I would not have been able to do in group classes. With her guidance and support I have progressed more in my physical and spiritual practice than I ever believed I was capable of.”
