“Marisa and Nimisha created a beautiful Summer SOULstice experience that made you feel warm and welcoming as soon as you walked in. From the abundant spread of healthy dishes to nourish our bellies, to the smudge making station filled with crystals, herbs and plants, to the circle where women were empowered to show up authentically and vulnerably, and ending the night in the hot tub over heart opening conversations, there was something for everyone. A great way to connect with other like-minded souls.”

JoAnn Bonifacio

“Marisa and Nimisha’s women’s circle retreats are beautifully crafted and inviting events. We created smudge sticks from fresh herbs and flowers, a hands-on activity that felt both intentional and grounding. The food spread was stunning—so vibrant and thoughtfully prepared that it almost seemed too beautiful to eat. Every bite reflected the love and care that went into its creation.”

Abby Kojola

“When Marisa guides my yoga practice I feel grounded and enjoy spaciousness in my movements. The structure she offers feels supportive, her cues help me stay focused on my breath and her pace allows me to flow steadily and feel strong. Marisa’s energy is warm, consistent, and encouraging. She connects with each student and co-creates community within each class. I always enjoy my time in her classes and am able to access the peace and relaxation I seek from my yoga practice.”

Mandy Hamilton

“Nimisha is a truly brilliant nutritionist and warm, approachable speaker. My favorite thing about her nutrition expertise is she distills her abundance of knowledge into actionable information you understand. I have had the pleasure of attending several of her workshops and seen her speak at two conferences. Her smart yet warm approach connects with everyone in the room. She rocks her content and makes you hungry for more. I cannot recommend her more.”

Julie Weinstein

“One positive thing that came from the Covid quarantine was meeting Marisa during a public online yoga class. Fast forward 4 years, and I am still practicing with Marisa with weekly private sessions online—the best part of my week! Marisa has helped me strengthen my practice and my confidence in a way I would not have been able to do in group classes. With her guidance and support I have progressed more in my physical and spiritual practice than I ever believed I was capable of.”
